Can shared in Keystone. Pours clear yellow with a fluffy, white head. Jammy peach in the nose, pale bread. Light-medium sweet flavour with some peach yoghurt stuff, a little dough, a little straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with further peachy sugars, mellow rindy bitterness, crisp pale malts. Decent.

Can. A- Wheat, corn, grains, subtle stone fruit. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Peach, wheat. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, boring finish. O- Lightly hopped indeed. In fact, I’d consider this more a wheat ale than pale ale. Good to start in the style though. Minimal bitterness and not much peach on the nose, but some on the palate. Decent. Probably a lot better for someone just getting into craft.

Sample at the taproom. Clear pale orange color with a medium thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of peaches and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of pale malt, peaches and slight herbal yeast. The finish is fruity with a short mild peachy aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Can @ home, picked up at Wilbur’s in a mixer sixer. Pours a dull, slightly hazy orange appearance with a nice off white head. The aroma certainly has some peach and also has some bread, light toast, and some grass. Medium light body. Moderate high bitterness, low sweetness. Bread, chewy dough, dull fruit, grass / grain, herbal flavor. Finishes pretty bitter. A bit of acidity. Bleh.
