23/IV/17 - 33cl bottle, shared @ post-ZBF train ride - BB: 14/XII/17 (2017-551) Thanks to Andy for getting me the last bottle from his fridge!
Little cloudy yellow beer, creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: floral, bit sweet, honey, bit fruity, citrus, minerals, yeast. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty salty start indeed, bit sourish, sea water, little earthy, not getting the smoked part from the fish, actually. Aftertaste: more salty, yeast, bit funky. Definitely very interesting brew, would've liked it a bit more sourish / lemony though.

Thnx to tim. Pours unclear blonde. Small white head. Smell is bit dry , mild , very mild sour touch. Taste is sharp, salty, mild sour, dry, malty, bifger than avg mf and yeastyness. Bit sweet in the end by the malts. Not really a gose to me, but a fine beer nevertheless.
