Аромат сразу немного странный для блонда. Сразу много хмеля, даже горчит слегка, много травянистости, немного специй, типо гвоздики. Цвет золотой, пенка неплохая. Вкус тоже сразу весьма хмелевой и травянистый. Немного цедры ощущается, но без мякости. При глотке сухость и горечь от хмеля. В целом нормально и необычно, но не взял бы снова.

Si dans son équilibre cette Ezel Blond est plutôt pas mal, j'ai été moins emballé par les arômes simples et basiques. Le visuel est sur une blond doré limpide avec une mousse disparate. Le nez est sur une alliance céréales, miel et pomme de terre pas exceptionnelle. En bouche, on ne peut que saluer l'alcool, à 6,5 % qui est très bien, structurant et donnant du caractère. Sur le reste, et notamment les arômes, je reste plus circonspect. Dès l'attaque nous sommes sur une alliance céréales, pomme de terre et légères épices pas des plus passionnantes. La douceur est un peu trop marquée, mais l'alcool permet heureusement de compenser. La deuxième bouche voit d'ailleurs l'alcool prendre un peu plus d'envol. Les arômes manquent néanmoins de complexité. L’arrière-bouche est à l'identique. La corpulence est très honnête. La longueur est par contre très moyenne avec moins de puissance. Manque d'intérêt.

Small white head, fast reduced over cold hazed golden beer with fine carbonation. First some leafy herbs, then the nose is takenover by diary, milk, with a whiff of pepper or ginger; yeast. Hoppy in flavour, peppery, even tobacco-like hops; nettles, spicy, piquant, white candi sugar. Long dry aftertaste. Tobacco, and even bitter chocolate in the aftertaste - pretty strange for a blonde! Well-carbonated, quite slick, hopoils. Nose is almost absent, but the rest constitutes a worth to try! Thanks to Barbara and Tim!

*rating overgezet* Het is een goudgeel bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een moutige wat grassige geur. De smaak is moutig en licht bitter met wat fruitige ondertonen.

Bottle at my brother's. Clear golden. Full sized white head. Smell and taste malts, hayish bitter, straw, European hop bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. Alright.

Pours clear golden, fizzing, with a small, frothy, white head. The aroma contains malt, citrus, grain, herbs, hay and grass. It tastes medium grainy bitter and light fruity sweet; malty, grainy, grassy finish. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. This is an 'ennobled' Pale Lager, extremely unremarkable, drinkable with some 'daily food', but then again...
