Nice bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly sweet concentrated grassy, leafs, hops, pine needles, moss, lawn, lactose, citrus peel, hay, flowers, minerals, alcohol, hints of dusty vanilla. Taste is slightly dry concentrated grassy, leafs, minerals, wet grass, hops, moss, citrus peel, lactose, light malts, pine needles, bark, fruit stones, flowers, hints of dusty vanilla. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly sweet concentrated grassy mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Pours hazy pale yellow with a small, frothy, white head. The aroma contains fruity hops, lemon, grapefruit, flowers, freshly cut grass, faint cream & vanilla. It tastes light creamy/fruity sweet and medium to heavy hoppy bitter; dry, hoppy finish but balanced by a small dash of creamy sweetness. Warming, rather prominent alcohol. Medium body, creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. This one is not in want of aroma or taste, but perhaps it's a bit too much: too creamy and too alcoholic. For every day, I'll settle for a fresh & fruity Session IPA.

Pours very hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of citrus, mango, grapefruit, pine needles and a hint of peach and pineapple. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long slightly warm, creamy, tropical fruity, mango, grapefruit, piney and citrus finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Lactose- and vanilla-containing DIPA by Evil Twin, can from the Struise shop in Bruges, shared with Goedele. Tightly cobweb-lacing, egg-white, moussy, dense head, misty egg yolk yellow robe with warmer peachy tinge. Aroma of mango juice, blood orange, granadilla, some vague vanilla but not exaggeratedly so (not necessarily a bad thing here), pineapple, jasmin blossoms, dough, lime. Sweet fruity onset, granadilla, mango, pineapple, some papaja perhaps, soft carbo, slick and creamy, full mouthfeel yet not nearly as creamy as I was expecting it to be based on the added lactose; doughy, soft malt base, aromatic finish with lots of mango, pineapple and guava fruitiness, returning vanilla in a very volatile, brief way; soft bitterness but the sweetness prevails. Interesting 'desserty' and indeed NEIPA interpretation of double IPA, less lactose-creamy and vanilla-flavoured than expected but tasty, if perhaps too sweet.
