Can. Clear gold color large head. Aroma is sweet corn and nasty and unpleasant. Taste was nasty also.

Smooth brewed, my arse. I had to give it a go; corn and sourish lemon do not make a good tag team.

24oz can from StFun for FBW 2013. Thanks! Pours a slightly cloudy dark orange with minimal head. Aroma is sweet citrus. Apricots and peaches in there too. Taste is boozy and heavily sweet. Sugar covered dried apricots, cotton candy and green apple. Full bodied with a sticky texture. Lively carbonation and a long, boozy finish. Overall, not half bad. The 12%abv is actually pretty well hidden.

Can @ the First Annual Rocky Mountain Malt Liquor Tasting. Oh fuck me, this smells like MJ’s asshole. Light golden appearance with a white head. Burning nasty alcohol, rubbing alcohol aroma. This is in the bottom three aromas of all-time. Fuck you. Fuck me. Fuck RB. Super sweet, corn flavor with lots of booze. This is nastier than when pepsiedcan touches himself while watching Spongebob Squarepants. Update: I originally rated this 0.5, but I want to keep just one 0.5 beer (aka worst beer ever) at a time, so this gets a 0.6 since Samuel Adams Triplebock is absolutely horrendous.

16 oz can into Sam Adams lager glass. This beer’s sole purpose is to get winos and young clueless people wasted, so I’m not expecting too much out of this obviously. Bought from the discount cooler at a local convenience store. Pours clear gold with a medium head with pretty good retention (for a malt liquor anyway!). Collapses into a blanket and collar of foam with some decent lace. Smells of corn, booze, fruity esters (pineapple, mango?). Quite aromatic for a wino beer! Taste is all sweet and boozy. Kind of metallic. Call me crazy, but it kind of reminds of me of a bad American interpretation of a Belgian Tripel, like Flying Dog’s Kerberos. Kind of tangy in the finish. Highly carbonated, medium body. Gross, but not nearly as bad as I was expecting.

24oz can CRUSHED with angrypirate06. 12%... As an Angeleno, I must defend my hometown and say that the bottle credits United Brands of La Crosse, WI (not LA). Deepish golden pour with a shockingly long lasting white head. Booze on the nose, damn! Nail polish remover. Sweet and sticky. Reminds me a bit of DFH Fort sadly (sad for the DFH beer that is). Banana esters, skunk. A lot of brewing flaws to say the least. Its bad, but not truly horrible. Buttery, a ton of alcohol, estery, some garbage. This stuff probably has a ton of calories. Corn syrup and some green apple. Very syrupy. Light bubbles. Worse as it warms.

24 oz can from Odeed. Clear yellow orange with a medium white head. Nose is sweet barley with hints of bubblegum and alcohol. Flavor is sweet malt with a sake like pastiness.
