Note: what does one drink on Easter Monday? How about an Easter egg (Paasei)? Perfect!
Gusher alert!
Clear purple red brown beer, fizzy aery beige head, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, caramel, orange peel, sugary, pretty oxidized, tangerines. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of chocolate in the start, bit of ripe red fruits, soft bitterness, sourish. Aftertaste: dark chocolate, sourish, bit lemony, more sour, some overripe banana. It's nice how there's a lot of chocolate flavour in this Easter egg, too bad it got infected. :(

Explosive gushing to... 5mm head over orange-brown beer. End of bottle solid yeast. Grassy, caramel and tofee, hint at green leaves as holly or aucuba. Caramel, caramelsyrup, bready, even Maillard. In fact, overload of sweetness initially camouflageing all other impressions. Bit roasted in the finish, even meatroast, thanks to a certain mineral saltiness. Medium bodied and very slick indeed. After some time, a not unwelcome acidity appears, but I wonder if this is intentional... The cacao impression probably is. Oh, well, I’ve probably outgrown the Easter search for hidden chocolate eggs...
