Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy gold with a small frothy off white head. The aroma is yeast clove and pepper. Thick mouthfeel with a spicy yeast and pepper with dry finish. A decent Wit from Pike.

22oz bomber. Slightly hazy orange-tan with a thin, oily white head. Some lemony-orange citrus tones, mild wheat. Delicate spicing, not overbearing. Medium bodied, refreshing, but not so zesty. A little dull, doesn’t have any of the vanilla or big wheat tones I like in a Wit. Either way, it’s a decent enough session beer.

22oz bottle. Poured a cloudy yellow-orange color with a white head. Aroma was Spice notes, yeast, fruits. Flavor was not exactly flavorful. It wasn’t bad, but something was missing here - very mild fruit, yeast, spice notes.

Clear light golden coloured body with a frothy white head that fades to about one centimetre tall and very little movement in the body. Aroma of light yeast, some almost skunky malt, a touch of dry woodsy notes and a very very light bit of coriander seed freshness. Light-bodied; Medicinal malt flavour at first with a touch of wheat, some light spices, a hair of coriander seed and perhaps one single sliver of curacao in the mix - not much going on at all - very light, airy, dry and herbal. Aftertaste shows some lightness and a bit of spices, but nothing complex and not much exciting at all. Overall, a very light and herbaceous beer with a bit of spices in the style of a wit, but the complexity and yeast/wheat note were drowned out completely with this one. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Total Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 20-July-2011 sampled at home in Washington on this, the final day of Summer and the first day of Autumn, 2011 - 21-September-2011.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, dry citrus and some orange peel. Flavour is quite floral and citrus, with dry biscuity wheat and some lemon zest. Watery and weak.
