Is this cider, beer or wine? Nope, it's cider, beer and wine - a kind of graff on steroids. Organic Danish apple cider mixed with barrel aged wild beer from Baghaven & 100 L (one hundred litters) danish wine on Regent grapes. Honestly, it might taste good but it's actually a mistake!

250ml can from HOTM. Purple-red colour, purple foam head that dissipates and aroma of grape, apple, woody, oak, earthy, funk. Taste is sourish, apple, grape, wood barrel, oak, citric rind, funk, with some resiny hop and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying slightly tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

25 cl shared can, picked up at To øl City. Unclear, deep red colour with a few white bubbles on top. Tart fruity aroma with red apples, wheat malts, dry white wine grapes, funky notes and lemons. The taste is sour. Medium body. Drying tart fruity finish. Fine, complex.

Clear deep ruby cider-beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of apples, very fruity, some tannins. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of apples, bitter, some tannins, dry, grapeskin. Aftertaste: more apples, apple juice, bitter hops, apple skin, tannins, grapeskin, nice one...
