Pale green-yellow. Tart and juicy apple. Off-dry, nice touch of sweetness. Good balance.

On tap at Little Beast - SE Division, pours a cloudy muddled blonde, no head. Aroma brings out a nice funky character, tart apples, and some apple core. Flavour is full of apple core, a little funk, and puckering apple skins. Lots of apple core. Does not have the funk that I'd want from a Basque cider, nor the carbonation. Disappointing.

Overpriced bottle @Appalachian. Pint glass @home. Long pour with the silly cut out cork. Jellied pale gold. Lingering lace. Bitter, dried leaves, light glue, zero funk, pretty mild. Bitter-tart apples, old oak, slight vinegar, citrus rind, leafy veg, mint, washed out finish. Very minimal, if any funk. Frothy, thin, moderately acidic, easy abv. Fine. Just boring. Not worth the bottle price.

A Basque American friend asked about this. Clear body. Apple aroma. Apple taste with very tart finish. Light bodied.
