Pours a slightly hazy, light lemon-yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma has a lot of grass, maybe a touch of tropical fruit. Flavor is very citrusy, with loads of hop-pine bitterness in the background and finish. Not bad. Not bad at all.

Can thnx to kyle !!! Drank from the can to perserve the aromas, so no info on the pour. Can is alluminum with a sticker,not too much info about the beer itself on it but it looks classy as they have a unique house style. Smell is grasy, full-on herbal, bit spicy even. Tad pine. Taste is full, bitter , grassy, minor pine notes. Aroma of fleshy fruits ( the style of mango and such ) mediocer bitterness. Well balanced. Very enjoyable dipa

Thanks Brennan for sharing the growler! Poured into a snifter showing hazy dark yellow with no head. The nose shows moderately intense passionfruit and light pine. The palate is medium bodied and moderately carbonated. Moderately intense flavours of dank cannabis with lighter notes of pineapple and pine resin and a mid-palate of NE style malt. Practically no bitterness.

Heavily hazy/cloudy peach-golden with deeper rust tints and a large, very-well-retained white head.
Big juicy fruit, sweet pine, ruby red grapefruit and marmalade notes are immediately boisterous and fairly intense, especially for Hill Farmstead. Malts behind it show rich honey tending to light caramel. It’s funny, this is probably the 3rd or 4th mosaic IPA/pale ale where it comes off much less what I associate with mosaic. But blending hops can unlock and vastly alter a hop profile, so it’s not too surprising. Anyways, I usually expect tons of dank, leafy, slightly woody notes, with plentiful nectarine and pine. I guess there’s a fair amount of that here, but I’m surprised at all of the ruby red grapefruit and peachy-pine twang. Alcohol is well-concealed with just a moderate amount of resin lingering and no flaws.
Juicy, of course, in the mouth, with rich nectarine, caramel, ruby red grapefruit and pine all blending together to add a powerful flavor. Kind of like Trilliums Scaled Up, but taken another notch past that on both malt, hop flavor and bitterness. Lots of honey-like maltiness with a touch of caramel. Tight carbonation leading to a malty-creamy texture and no flaw or alcohol. There’s a bit more resin than I’d like and some heavy hop twang at points, but it’s still very juicy, intensely flavorful and enjoyable (if tending maybe a touch sweet).

Hazed orange amber with a decent off white covering that dissipates then retains. Nose is juicy citrics, pine, straw, tangerine, mandarin, fresh grass. Taste comprises tangerine, pine needle, orange pith, grassy, light grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced level of hop bitterness. Crushable stuff, drinks well below the ABV, solid hop jus. I can normally pick out Mosaic easily but didn’t do so here.
