Fiskåbanen 220619. golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is apple, yeast. Flavor is apple, sulphur, oak, alcohol. Easy drinkable cider.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.8%. Pale yellow colour, pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Aroma of cider apples and oak. Dry and crisp flavour of cider apples, hints of oak.

330ml Bottle from this little hipster wine shop up the road from Lorimer. Rare Vos glass. Slightly hazed, pineapple juice yellow. Slight spritz. Smells of yeasts, core & faint grassy funk. Taste is bittersweet, tannic & possibly crabby apples with a good bit of tartness, antisceptic & a major blast of acetone. Dusty, yeasty texture despite good carbonation & letting it settle for days in the fridge. Scary numbness left on my tongue. Live ingredients do not travel well. Seriously bitter apples are really interesting though.
