Can drunk 1/12/18.
Pale white peach, hazy.
Smells gingery and salty and very weird, though not necessarily in a bad way. Almost savory with not much in the way of cider and not really much of the hop coming through either. Salty, herbal, with deep funk and good acidity on the finish and lingering earthiness and almost a cinnamon-smoked-salt character. No alcohol or flaw.
Vanilla is prominent in the mouth, which is surprising given its relative lack of appearance in the nose. Very soft, with salinity obviously contributing heavily to the mouthfeel, as well as tight, low carbonation. Soft ginger spices things up as the beer turns sweet then sour, though never more than gently so, with great balance throughout. Smoky phenols, apple skin tannin, more salt on the finish. Juicy hops meld seamlessly with bright acidity from yeast/bacteria/fruit. A rollercoaster and very bizarre for sure, but everything is enjoyable even if it is somewhat of a hodge podge. Not too sour and not too sweet, which goes a long way.

Ridiculously hazy pure golden and peach coloured body with no head at all on top - no movement, either. Aroma of fresh fruit with some tart and soured funk alongside some dry light apple scents. Light-bodied; Subdued but very noticeable banana and alcohol notes at first with some lighter yeast and dry funk alongside a good persistent fruit note that shows a lot of sweetness and character without too much depth or punch. Aftertaste is strong and soured with the fruits by far the strongest here, but also some light apple flavours and a touch of citrus, alcohol and light funk near the end to keep this complex enough throughout. Overall, a nice and very refreshing, enjoyable cider with a lot of fruit kicks and some moderate alcohol, but showing a very light, refreshing and easy-drinking bite near the end without any pungency at all. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased yesterday at Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 05-May-2018 for US$4,37 sampled in my hotel room here in Orlando, Florida on 06-May-2018 just a day later.

12oz can. Poured a very hazy yellow-orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was lots of fruit notes, tropical fruits, apples, some stonefruit. Flavor was nice light acidic notes, with some vanilla in there. Some light creamy notes. Strange, but good.

On tap at Upright Brew House. 5oz taster pour. Honey-colored, cloudy brew. Smell is of ginger about to go bad. Macerated, mushy fruit. Faint vanilla & old bud. Taste is more peach then ginger. Lemon sourness. Spices in the background. Coriander? Yeasty. Drying, acetone finish. No apples. Sour homebrew... Not their best try.
