On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Looks amazing. Pink like rhubarb soup, quite cloudy in the glass and initially a tall bright white head on the top. Superb tart raspberry nose in this bugger. Reminds me of my mother's raspberry lemonade. Some red currants also in the magic fruity blend. Love this aroma. It's mild tart and really fruity in the taste. Sour raspberries, red currants. It's mild and oily in the mouth, not watery at all and about average on the carbonation. Superbly refreshing and something I could drink lots and lots of. 13.05.2016

Bottle in trade with Thomas, cheers! Pours hazy pale red with a modest pinkish head. Aroma of raspberry, raspberry ripple ice cream, and light sour rhubarb. Moderate sweetness, medium to heavy sour. Light to medium body, slight watery texture, average to soft carbonation. Finsih is tart, with a subtle lasting sweetness coming through. Very good.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, pinkish red with a small, white head. Delicious raspberry aroma which may lure innocent rookiee beerdrinkers into trying this - and then the instant shock when the lactic tartness hits your tastebuds may just put you in your grave! Because underneath the initial berry freshnes turns into a massive attack on all senses. 090314

AIBF2016. Hazy pale red pour with a frothy pinkish white head. Heavy berry fruity nose. Light clotted cream and yoghurt. Sour fruity taste. Round, tart and slightly dry mouthfeel. Kick 301216. Red orange color with a pinkish head. Aroma is sourness, raspberries. Flavor is sourness, lemon, raspberries. OK beer.

Looks like pink lemonade. very sour. like drinking straight strawberry juice with some added sugar. has a good body which leads to a dry chalky finish.

On tap @ Kick. Unclear pinkish orange body with a small white head. Aroma is mainly raspberry candy. The flavor gives me a feeling of sucking on raspberry candy as well, not much of a beer even compared with a Berliner Weisse, still drinkable in smaller amounts and actually quite refreshing. Might work as an ice cold summer beer or an aperitif.

On tap at Max’s Rare and Obscure 2016, pours a bright pink with some white head. Nose has hibiscus and raspberry, mild yogurt, honey. Flavor is all raspberry and lemon, mild yogurt, hibiscus. Oily and lactic finish.
