Back log entry 22oz bottle thanks to Eric. Pours out hazy amber color topped with a small head. Nose is sweet malts caramel toffee Brett a funky weirdness. Taste is more of the nice rich malts toffee Bourbon Barrel the Brett. Not nearly as good as the normal version.

Draft. Mahogony beer with a cream head. Yeast and light tart aroma with light earthiness. Caramel and yeast flavor with light brett. Medium bodied. Caramel and yeast lingers with light brett.

2009 (see picture) bomber shared by IrishBoy. Pours very dark brown with a transient beige head. Aroma of sour brett and cherry. Med+ body. Flavor is sour chocolate cherry. Brown sugar in the background. Excellent.

Bomber from iowaherkeye. Nose is berries, bretty funk, toffee, and bourbon. Clear very dark brown with a medium tan head. Flavor is toffee, fruity, light sweetness, only a slight bit of brett, and candisugar.

Bottle. Pours a very dark brown with a small tan head. The aroma is brett and bourbon. Medium mouthfeel with caramel and fruity malt. Easy to drink a very complex Barleywine from Marin.

22oz bottle pours a hazy, caramel brown with some cloudy off white head. Nose has caramel, red wine vinegar, sour cherries, ketchup, light wood, some vanilla. Sweet caramel flavor, cereal, vanilla, cherries, coconut, some strawberry, cake icing, brown sugar, wood pulp, toasted oak, some rum. Medium bodied, smooth, sweet, tart finish. Really good.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-whit ehead. Has a sweetish malty woody bretty caramel and dark fruit aroma. Sweetish malty fruity bretty caramel flavor with hints of wood and bourbon. Has a sweetish malty fruity bretty woody caramel finish.

bottle at papsoe tasting. clar dark red amber, smooth light yellow head. wild yesaty bretty aroma, red berries, malts. flavor is sweet malty, faint brett, red fruits, caramel, a bit too sweet.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy brown with a red glare and a small tan head. Aroma is fruity, light brett and mild acidic note. Sweet, fruity, light wooden and dark caramelish sweet. Mild acidic and lingering fruity, smooth. Ends sweet and mild acidic.

Bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, brettanomyces, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of bourbon, wood, alcohol, malt, caramel, and brettanomyces, leading to a dry finish.
