Full flavoured, stone fruit filled IPA with a spicy Rye twist.
Brewed using a heap of US, Antipodean and UK hops to
give a mix of peach, nectarine and melon aromas and
strong, distinct bitterness - balanced by the spicy Rye and
hint of residual sweetness from the pale British malts.

Keg @ Brink, Manchester. Slightly hazed golden ale but not much rye. It’s very hoppy and distinctively a pale ale in texture with a dryness.

Keg at the Euston Tap (East Lodge), 20/02/17. Hazed golden orange with a decent light beige covering. Nose is bitter orange, biscuit, toffee, spice, earthy tones. Taste comprises caramel, chalky mineral bite, straw, orange peel, toasted grains, rye bread, light spice, grassy vibes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness. Ok for style.

Hazy amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is dry and crisp. Mild minerals. Thin malts, not that sweet. Mild rye spice. Dry bitter pithy hops. Citric peel bitterness. Little hop spice. Dry bitter finish. A bitter bastard but also a bit dry.
