Son arôme est unique et ceci dû à un mix assez exceptionnel de malts. Son goût est un délice au palais comme au nez et elle laisse un souvenir inoubliable.

Bottle, 8%. Yeasty aroma, sweet fruity, sugary, malty notes. Hazy dark orange colour. Very small head. The flavour is a little sweet with OK maltiness, but there is also some metallic notes to it.

Bottle, 75cl corked. I was surprised by the color of this one, as it is orange, not the brown I expected. It’s hazy as expected, and there’s a big head, off-white, as expected. It leaves nice lacings, but it diminishes rather quickly. The beer looks nice in the glass though. A bit anonymous aroma, but pleasant. Fruity, a bit cellarish and sugary, with some spices and orange-peel. Full-bodied, sweet mouthfeel, with flavors of sugar, orange, fruits and a little bitterness. Some hints of spices as well. Sweet, fruity and slightly bitter finish. The alcohol is well hidden. In the very end, there’s some alcohol and some cellar, else the alcohol is well hidden. The beer don’t remind me much of a dubbel, but it is quite nice, but I like my beers more pronounced. Easy to drink. (070818)
