16 oz plastic cup draft at the 8th Wonder Brewery in Houston, Texas. The pour is a hazed golden yellow with thick lace and a white head. The aroma is strong Saison yeast along with some sweet herbal citrus. The taste is very much the nose, with strong Saison yeast notes right away, followed by herbal floral sweet orange and finishing with a touch of vegetal, particularly as the beer warmed. The palate has an unfiltered mouth feel, medium bodied and a clean herbal floral finish

Keg at the brewery. It pours hazy golden - amber with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, bready, candy, fruit syrup, spice, fresh agave, cactus and cereal. The taste is crisp, bitter - sweet, white bread, soft fruitiness, pepper, ginger, toasted grain, cereal and some green veg character. Finish is dry and slightly spiced. Not surebtge balance is quite there. The aroma is nice, but it comes across a bit spicy and vegetal on the taste.

On tap at Little Woodrows. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is lemongrass and agave. Thin mouth, pepper, agave, lemon, honey, sweet, light dryness, good.
