American Pale Ale with Calypso and Mosaic hops. Made by Doug Pominville.
Our Grunion Pale Ale wasn’t born on a beach, but in a backyard. Originating from an employee-only home brew contest, this award-winning hoppy pale ale is named after the tiny local fish known for late night frolics on shore. A pair of new hop varieties lend strong yet balanced summer melon aromas and herbal flavors, while a soft caramel malt sweetness holds it all together.

Can, gift by Dutchdrebus, thanks! Clear orange golden color, medium sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, hops, hints of orangepeel. Taste malts, hops, orangepeel notes again, moderate to medium bitterness. Decent body and carbonation. Ok.

Can @ home. Hazy golden colour with a medium sized white head. Smells and tastes hoppy, very sweet, bitter, slightly piny, slightly resin. Almost a double ipa. Medium body, soft to medium carbo.

Bottle Clear light amber, ful white foamy head. Big but soft piney and pithy hop aromas and flavors. Plenty of body for a pale. Satisfying all around.

Bottle from Brewcraft at home after coming home from Shanghai. Clear golden pour, dense white head. Aroma is juicy hops with some lemony pine resin. Taste is crisp and pleasantly resinously bitter. Quite light despite the big flavor. Some lasting slightly empty tasting bitterness. Light palate. Not bad at all - pretty full flavored for a pale ale and still has a bit of the Ballast Point Sculpin type flavor.
