Bottle shared my Jeremy. Oxbow Catalyst BA Farmhouse Ale with Honey A matte orange-copper color with minimal foam and a sweet tart aroma. Medium bodied the flavor is sour, acidic and fruity sweet tarts or sour patch kids/nerds with maybe hints of peach. it was quite tart but a solid simple sour.

Thanks Walt for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing unfiltered pale gold with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows a lot of tart stone fruit - apricot, peach. The palate shows well carbonated and light bodied. Very tart with light notes of stone fruit that becomes a little bit more intense on the end.

Hazy medium golden color. Nice brett and fruity nose. Much more of a Belgian ipa than a Saison with honey in the background. Very tart, intense oak, excellent fruitiness. Nice bitterness. Love this

Bottle share @ Hansen's. Whitish yellow pour with a bit of haze. Bit of foam there but not much. Nice tart funky nose, bit of vinegar, well balanced and autumny dry. Tastes tart and dry and fruity. Pretty good acidity, doesn't cut through the bones but allow for some enjoyment. Fruity tannins lingering in finish.

Draught at Novare Res, 4/21/18.
Hazy, light peach-honey-apricot. White head fades to a light ring.
Honey is soft and sweet in the nose with good Lacto-Brett backing and low oak. Almost an orange blossom and vanilla-like character. No alcohol or flaw with gentle but deep, rich malt tones, light cereal and biscuit character, as well.
Orange-tinted Brett with rosey floral notes, vanilla and light oak. More acetic character in the flavor than in the nose and a perfect, malty, soft, well-attenuated texture with engaging carbonation. A bit tangy as it warms and breathes and builds up on the palate, but still very nice. Honey is not as strong in the flavor as it is in the nose, which I think is ideal and impressive. Very rich yet in its youth. Should really develop nicely over a year or more.

Bottle pour at State of Origin 2018. Pours a clearish gold with a full 2 fingers of white foam. Woody aromas with honey, cobweb and wet hay notes. Some grain on the palate, crisp and refreshing. Alcohol is hidden well and very drinkable with the honey and funk working well. Smooth finish that leaves a lingering hay and mineral quality.

500 ml bottle shared by ClarkVV. Aroma is light funk, subtle oak, light acidity, and faint yeast. Flavor is dry, weak malt profile, funk and acidity, and ends on a mild oak. Tartness is here. Tart is a mild understatement, it will slap you. If you like funky farmhouse ales, yeah, you will love this.

Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-dense, duveteuse. Élégant!

Sampled at LIBF 2017. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is dry, sour, reminding of a wine barrel. Taste is dry, sour, yoghurty. White wine . Not bad.
