Clear to slightly clouded pale yellow beer, small creamy white head, little adhesive. Aroma: dirty, funky, barnyard, brett gone bad, rotten fruits, dusty, spicy touch, bit chemical. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, bit lemony, yeast, citrus, lemon peel. Aftertaste: bitter touch, funky, not as bad as the smell actualy, bit floral, dry finish.

Bottle sample @ LIBF’17, thanks to the RB-InBev Belgian crew for the share. Dorée sur léger voile, col fin blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet axé sur le funk et couronné de belles effluves de douceur mielleuse qui balancent le tout, fleuri léger et qcq notes vertes en rétro. Palais est agréable douceur organique, mielleuse avec un effet boisé de chêne qui offre un caractère funk modéré contrebalancé par la douceur du miel.

Hazy blond with thin head. Aroma and flavour are tart and very funky. Strong carbonation. Some honey sweetness but still predominantly sour.

Bottle from Salud. Slightly hazy bright yellow color, white head. Aroma has light funk, lemon, straw, black pepper. Taste has lemony vanilla, white pepper, subtle tannins, white wine, very dry finish. Delicious.
