Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a snifter because at the time I thought this was a Belgian IPA. I see its an IPA here, so uh... well here goes.
The appearance had a nice hazy golden yellow color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute. There was some light foamy lacing sticking adequately to the sides of the glass.
The smell had a fairly nice spice to it, at the time, I thought it was a somewhat Belgian spiciness of sorts. Some light piney hops entered in after a bit of warming.
The taste was somewhat bitter and piney with a fairly nice spice added to the flavor.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was slightly harsh but not overly done.
Overall, Belgian IPA or just AIPA, no worries to me, I’d have it again if I could get it again.

Not sure what’s wrong here. Seems like it’s run off water from ice more than anything. Seems incomplete. Pours cloudy yellow with ok head and lacing. No real sense of hops. Finishes with some barley but that’s it. On tap at DC Beer Festival.

Bottle: Pours clear amber with a medium-sized off-white head. Scent is orange-peel, wheat/grains. Taste is sweet orange malt, a little spice, a little pear/apple. Very tasty.

Rich, slightly hazy golden and yellow coloured body with a half a centimetre tall off-white head - barely anything. Aroma of very nice bananas, cloves, sugar, grapefruit and a TON of hops - very nice pungent hop aromas from resin to citrus and a touch of perfume - great smell! Medium-bodied; Pungent hop flavours throughout with a large resinous and herbal characteristic, coupled with some wheat and sugars make for a nice flavour. Aftertaste shows mostly hop dryness and bitterness with a little syrupy sweetness coming through and a hint of citrus. Overall, a very nice White IPA, perhaps one of the best I’ve ever had - makes for a hoppy beer, but a light one and one with quite a bit of complexity! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Giant Food in Falls Church, Virginia on 13-February-2014 for US$1.83 sampled at home in Washington on 26-February-2014.

Location: Draft at Ginger Man - Houston, 1/13/14
Aroma: The nose is citrus zest, floral hops, some spice, and a bit of pine
Appearance: It pours a cloudy gold-orange color with a frothy white head on it
Flavor: The flavor is light-mid sweet and malts, citrusy, with a medium hop bitterness
Palate: The body is medium, it has a average carbonation, and a clean finish
Overall Impression: I thought this was a pretty tasty beer. It isn't a standout, but it works pretty nicely. I had no major complaints at all.

From a work party: Pours a sort of copper color with a white head. Aroma is sort of resinish, with hints of citrus, and some sugary malts. Taste is somewhat bitter. Lingering bitter aftertaste. Not particularly complex, but perfectly drinkable. I don’t really like it all that much.
Earlier Rating: 6/23/2013 Total Score: 3.4
Some bodega: Pours light hazy gold, with a big white head. Aroma is hops, spiciness, citrus, lemon. Taste is slightly sweet. Nice hoppy bite. Very, very drinkable. Basically, works as a proper white IPA. Well-balanced. Nothing all too exciting though.
