Draught. Bright orange with small creamy off-white head, slight hops aroma, mediumcarbonation, bitter hoppy taste, abrupt finish with floral aftertaste. A bit weak but nice.

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with light grassy hops, mineral notes, ok. On tap at Fette Sau.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap ($4.70): Pours an amber color with a whitish head. Aroma is caramel malt and some light hops. Taste is a combination of this particular malt taste with a light hop bitterness intermingled with it. I don’t know if the flavor is toffee or bubblegum, but something around those areas. In any case, plenty sessionable and pleasant to drink.

Tap at Beer Authority, NYC, 18/05/13. Murky dark orange with a thin white head. Nose is orange, grass, light hops, sugars, a little subdued. Taste comprises pale malts, orange, light hops, malt, light spice, sugars. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light spritz in the finish. Drinkable stuff but not doing a great deal for me.
