Tasting at Brian's; corked
Cloudy dark blond colour. Farty aroma. The mouthfeel is very fizzy, quite dry, nice hop spiciness, bit of funk leading to woody astringency, floral hops.
Ok.

Hazy and light tan. There's a light brett note on the nose. On the palate, some brett, some crackery malt notes, with a bit yeast notes.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma is quite herbal and vegetal, with hibiscus, rustic saison yeast, some wild notes, and earthiness. Flavour is along the same lines, with hibiscus, vegetal and herbal notes, light oak, and rustic saison yeast. Loads of hibiscus, with the brett creeping in, and still rather dominated by crunchy herbal and vegetal notes.

Pours slightly hazy dark golden color with white head. Aromas of brett, citrus, and grass. Brett and lemon flavors with some grass and earthiness. Light to medium body with average carbonation.

C&C 750 mL bottle from Discount Liquor. Hazy orange, large fizzy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of funk, brett, bready malt, floral hops and a bit of pine. The taste is lime, mandarin, funk, spice, pepper, brett, bready malt, Medium bodied, high carbonation.

750ml bottle pours a bright, grapefruit pink with some clumpy, white head. Nose has floral notes, rose petals, lemon, some blood orange. Flavor is tart with lemon and tea and hibiscus, floral, some rose’ wine, blood orange. Full bodied, spritzy finish. Tart too.

Bottle, shared at a tasting in Tokyo. Hazy pinkish color. Dense head, light pinkish. Aroma’s: sour, light funk, salty (?). Retronasal it’s funk, sour, fruity. Flavor is moderate sour, funky, herbal. Light bodied. Dry and moderate bitter finish.

Hazy pink color. Big brett with modest hibiscus, sour funky nose, very dry. Very balanced, funky dry mouth. Lingering hibiscus and brett finish.

Bottle shared at borefts, thnx , someone ! Pours very peachy amber/orange, small white head.Smell is aromatic, sour, oak. Taste is sharp, hibiscus, bit dry. Not bad !
