Bottle shared. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aromas of citrus, lemon, stone fruits, lactic tartness, sweet vinous, sweet orange, macaroons, tea-like spicy herbal notes. Taste is lactic, citrus juice, sweet grapey notes, oaky vanilla, lots of peach. Very nice!

Pours clear blonde, white head fades instantly. Smell is sharply sour, some malty tones as well, but no sweetness. Taste is dry, sharp sourness, citrussy tones are there, but not in an overly intense way, not per se much more than other sour beers might have without the adding citrus fruits. No oranges or wine notes to be found... It does feel wattery, and to high on carbo though. Not of the same quality as some other sours these guys did..,

Bright golden color, lace, cloudy. Funky and bright nose, yogurt, orange and lemon, grapefruit. Dryer, more tart than the Devil’s Advocate, less lactic character, interesting peanut butter cookies. Lemony flavor, just of bit of stone fruits. Light, crisp, and dry. Good.

Bouteille 37.5cl.
