Caramel and vinous "chardonnay" aroma. and flavor. Sherry flavor coming up. Fruity (apple) and bitter aftertaste. This beer is in fact a bit too old, but the flavor is OK and the lacing is satisfying.

Vintage bottle , best by 2004. Pours clear blonde, head fades in a second. big visual carbonation ( think of a lager ) Smell is apples, bit sour even, and some sweetness. Taste is sharp. A oxidized subtaste, over a sour, and I mean this in a very good way, apple-like maltyness. I expected a drainpour, but got what probably is the best aged blond beer to date ( accept sours of course ) ! I don’t get why it’s still so good, but the light oxidation, apple character-like sourness combo, really works. Even though this beer probably tasted way dofferent back in the day, it’s nothing short of awesome today!

Cloudy dark golden colour. Bready aroma. Flavour is also bready and seems a little oxidized.

A hazy orange beer with a huge white head. The aroma has strong notes of citrus and dust, while the flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, spices, citrus, as well as some dust - which I believe is from the hops.
