Small, but quite stable snowwhite head, fed by finely carbonation in hazy yellow-orange beer. Fine noble hops, herbal, with a mild sweetness suggested underneath. Dry spicy flavour, spicy malts, and honeyish but dry hops. Spritzy, medium bodied, not much in the matter of aftertaste. Surprisingly nice beer, found in the most unreal environment.

Hobby brew from Lochristi commercialized through the ’Proef’brouwerij since 2012. Firm, sticky, snow white head and deep golden blonde colour, clear. Aroma of apple, grapefruit, unripe peach, white bread, cheese, yeast, spicy hops and ginger. Restrained, dryish fruitiness in the mouth, bit powdery, yeasty mouthfeel, clean pale malts in the background, sweetish but eventually making way for a spicy, thirst-quenching, aromatic hop bitterness. The idea is apparently to serve this as an alternative for the eternal sparkling wines on receptions - I had this at a reception not far away from Lochristi and I have to admit, it works.

Cloudy pale yellow color, huge white head, spider web lacing. Aroma of dusty lemon. taste is funky, earthy lemon.

Zomerbierfestival 14 Pours clear blonde . Good white head . Unintense , bit bitter scent . Taste is light , bit bitter . Rather simple beer .

Cloudy pale beige beer, creamy white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, hay, grains, some caramel, just malty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: ok carbon, medium body. taste: very floral, yeasty, pretty bitter, somewhat metallic. Aftertaste: very bitter, hoppy, grassy, metallic, yeast, bit floral.
