75cl bottle from Delhaize, Bruges centre. Cracked open at Grannies in Hazebrouck. Pours a clear deep gold, small white head. Aroma of deep caramel, rich stewed apples. Taste is similar, fairly light, clean and lacking in fleshy fruit or tannins as expected. Decent apple presence, but otherwise bog-standard table doux.

Pours very clear blonde, foam is gone instantly, but is - when pouring - white and small. Smell is bit apples, bit , almost, metallic notes. Also wattery ( mineral ) Taste is sharp, bit sweet, mild crispyness, some apples. OK. Not too intense.

Bottle at DSG 2011. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is sourness, yeast, apple. Flavour is sweet, sugar, sourness, apple, yeast. Medium body. Ordinary cider.

Bottle 750ml. @ the after-TFODRBSG11 tasting.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, apple peel, wood. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, dry, apple, vanilla notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20110821]

Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear, lightly sparkling golden cider. Sweet apples with a sourish, slightly yeasty twist. It’s as expected quite sweet in the mouth, with enough sourness and carbonation to avoid it being sticky. A bit hard carbonation though. Just apples in the flavor, except for the sugary sweetness though. A quite pleasant one, sweet of course, but tasteful and easy drinkable. 110821

Golden with a small white head. Weak aroma of apple juice. Sweet apple juice flavour with a touch of ripe red apple maybe. Too sweet and too much carbonation
