Gold Tripel

Même si elle est simple et avec un équilibre imparfait notamment avec son sucre trop poussé, j'ai globalement bien aimé cette triple qui ne peut renier ses origines belges. En verre nous sommes sur un blond doré avec une fine effervescence soutenue et une mousse blanc cassé de 5 mm. En bouche, on reconnait tout de suite l'appartenance belge avec un alcool puissant et plein de caractère comme je les aime. Le sucre est toutefois un peu trop sucré qui ne permet pas à l'alcool de complétement s'exprimer et empâte un peu la bouche. Personnellement je trouve l'effervescence un peu trop poussé. Corpulence et longueur sont bonnes mais le final est un peu dur tout de même.

Belgian yeast, alcohol, sweet, sugary, floral, fizzy

Bottled (from De Biertonne). Orange colour, mediumsized foamy off-white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is caramel, spices, some alcohol, mild bready tones along with some earth. Flavour is rather sweet caramel, alcohol, spiciness with some mild wooden tones.

Tap at Uilenspiegel, Brugge, 1st June 2022. Pours a golden faulty clear tripel. Aroma is caramel, hops, yeast. Taste is caramel, yeast and quite hoppy, alright and drinks easily.

9,7% alc was be. Niestety niewypal. zbyt wyczuwalny alkohol, drazniacy, piwo plytkie, brak tresci i gestosci, czyli ciala, piana tylko fajowa, ladnie sie prezentowala w orginalnym kieliszku corsendonka. rozczarowanie i to wielkie.

Bottled 330ml (AIH147) Golden colour, medium-sized white head and lace. Light fruity triple nose. Light-bodied. Some fruits, apple, low bitterness. Not even alcohol ... Corsendonk is downhill?

Golden colour, frothy head. Aroma is much banana, some clove. Light sweetness. Good.

9.7% alc version Smell-weak, faint malt, belgian. Foam-thin, malt, Belgian yeast, caramel. The Head is large, white color, but goes away fast. Appearance- generic gold bottle cap, nice bottle.Clear amber, some active carbonation. From - snifter Taste - sweet, Belgian yeast, caramel, malt, alcohol, sweetness. Very sweet actually, even too sugary. Not the worst Belgian I had for sure, but the sweetness is too sugary even for me. Old score 2.8 Re-rate for 10% alco version Smell- weak, Belgian, caramel. Foam- caramel, sweet, Belgian yeast. Head is medium, goes away quite fast. Appearance- generic bottle cap, brewer bottle label. A bit cloudy orange amber, no carbonation. From- snifter Taste - caramel, sweet, Belgian, alcohol. Semi-sweet, malty and Belgian yeast, ok Belgian overall. New score 3.2
