Bottle from nutjes. Many thanks! GUSHER! Hazy colour, white foam. Nose of peat, smoke, vinegar. Taste is very sour infected with notes of bandaid, medicine, varnish. Infected and very bad. A shame this is being sold in shops.

19/I/15 - 75cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ home - BB: 21/X/16 (2015-54)
Uber Gusher Alert!!! Little cloudy orange beer, big creamy yellowish head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: dusty, dry, smoky, funky, yeast. MF: way too much carbon, medium body. Taste: nice smoky start, lemony, funky, yeast. Aftertaste: little bitter, fruity, smoky, bit peated, lemony, funky, chemical. Something went wrong here. You don't just add wild yeast to a beer and then bottle it and hope everything will go just fine. It's a little more complicated than that, I'm afraid...
