Departures from Equilibrium are known as fluctuations. It pours a very hazy tangerine color, releasing bright tropical notes of passion fruit, mango, pineapple, and lychee with an undercurrent of sorbet and cream. Fluctuation tastes highly resinous and tropical with an assertive yet soft bitterness. We consider this fluctuation to be perfectly unbalanced.

16 oz can from the brewery, 5/24/20. Thanks Brendan! Pours a fully hazed orange color with a white head and moderate-plus lace. Pineapple, melon, citrus. Sweet and a little tart. Not much bitterness. Drinks nicely, and even tastier when it warms a touch. Good stuff.

Taster showing pale gold with sparse white foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of papaya, melon, and light citrus. The palate is well carbonated and full bodied. Juicy papaya forward with light notes of melon and light pine resin on the finish.

On tap @EurHop 2019 (Rome). Pesca giallona, opalescente, schiuma bianco-sporca leggera. Al naso è scarica, mango maturo, passionfruit, mandarino. In bocca è dolce, un succo di frutta, con chiusura amara leggermente fiacca rispetto alle attese. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Un po' stantia.

Keg at the Experiment - Hackney. Pours soupy gold with a creamy, yellow head. Lots of gooey citrus sauce, bready pale malts, ripe melon, sugar. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Softly warming finish, more pale bread, pureed tropical fruits, oranges. Pretty heavy-handed.
