Originally developed during the Citra shortage of 2013, Cat Lady is the foil, the counterpart, and the yin to Roman Candle's yang. Brewed to showcase those classic "C" hops, this hoppy IPA celebrates citrus...and cats.

Draught @ mbcc 2018. Poured hazy golden color with a thin white head. Aroma has tropical fruits, pineapples, citrus. Super juicy, green hoppy and fruity. Excellent stuff.

Keg and bottle from the brewery. Hazy orange body with a thin white head. Good lacing. Aroma of grass, lime jelly and tangerine. Flavour of pineapple, orange, grapefruit and a hoppy spice. Medium body with an oily texture. Light fizz. Beautifully hoppy and moreish.

Bottle at the Ultimate Imperial Stout Tasting. Thnx for the awesome day, folks! This bottle was shared by Dennoman. Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is citrussy bitter, bit pine notes. Taste is bitter, citrussy, bit dry. Nice

Bouteille 500ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur orangée légèrement voilée, mousse blanc cassé abondante. Arôme de houblon résineux, malt, floral, pin, touche d’ammoniac. Goût d’agrumes, floral, malt, amertume moyenne. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

nice golden with a little haze, finger of white head. Really rice nose of citrus and some floral hops, but I’m getting a hint of Summit in there which is seriously not a favourite of mine. The taste well balanced cereal malts, little sweetness, good mouthful of hops that mirrors some of the noses, but there is that Summit. It’s a good beer, and you can tell it. but that Summit pulls it down for me. Ah well.

500ml bottle fresh from the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy orange with a generous off white head that settles quickly but leaves some lace. Nose is lots of pine and citrus and earth. Starts sweet malts and honey but quickly picks up bitter lemon and grapefruit to produce a nice dry finish. Very fresh and earthy. Medium slick mouth with soft carbonation. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Slight hazy tan, thin head, some sweet malt, pear, peach. Lots of bitterness, fruity, orange, lemon, and a hint of candy.

On tap at Bar Volo, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma of citrus hops, dank earthy notes, and biscuity notes. Flavour is fairly bitter, with notes of pine, earthy notes, and biscuity malt. Pretty dank and earthy. Easy drinking, with a fairly astringent aftertaste. Good beer.
