Originally developed during the Citra shortage of 2013, Cat Lady is the foil, the counterpart, and the yin to Roman Candle's yang. Brewed to showcase those classic "C" hops, this hoppy IPA celebrates citrus...and cats.

Bottle from the brewery shared with my buddy in Montreal. Apparently it is double dry hopped, hazy light gold with a citrusy dank aroma. Medium bodied with soft carbonation and a woodsy dank hop character with bright hop notes. Really good.

A hazed golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, light sulfur notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads resinous pungent floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light sulfur, pleasant. On tap at Bar Lupulus.

Tap@MBCC 2018 Blue Session, Copenhagen - medium hazy golden orange coloured pour with white head. A medley of tropical citrus fruits with some grapefruit, lemon, tangerine, pale malty support, medium to light body, hoppy light bitter finish.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Blue (session Zwei), 11/05/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange pith, sprucey aroma, melon, floral notes. Taste comprises pine needle, bitter orange, grapefruit zest, mango, airy malts, light bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying splashed with juicy hop bitterness. Decent IPA.

MBCC 2018. Blue. Blood and Fists session. Keg. Light haze on this paleish yellow - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light dry malts, mildly sweet. Mildly skunky hops, spice too. Piney hop and a light bitter streak. Dry lemon and grapefruit. Dry spicy finish. Nice enough.
