33cl Bottle at Brel Biercafé. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of sugar, yeast, malts, cooked apples, white fruits, some lemon. Flavour is sweet, malty, yeasty, sugary, spicy, quite fruity, decent bitter finish. Medium-bodied, firm carbonation. Nice.

Bottle 750ml (Saveur)
Clear amber color, small white head. Fruity, Belgian yeasty aroma, light spicey note. Medium-bodied. Fruity flavor, a bit sweet (banana) triple with yeasty notes. Not very hoppy but more on mango side. Clean, pleasant, well-brewed.

Bottle sample @ VBPF ’13.

Little cloudy orange beer, big creamy off-white head, very stable, adhesive leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: peppery, spices, dry, citrus, lemony, orange peel, alcohol, some toast. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: some citrus, bitter hops, grassy, spices, grains, some cloves. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, citrus, alcohol warming the throat, grassy, spicy, hints of grapefruit, some exotic fruits, alcohol.

Orange golden beer with a slight haze; well-carbonated to huge, fluffy, just off-white head. Very spicy nose, slight solvent. Spicy pale malts dominating; some specific aroma I can’t identify. Lightly sweet, spicy-bitterish flavour, with a nice acidic wrap-up from the CO². Bananaester, touch of rhubarb. Definitely parsley warming up, later also liquorice. Very carbonated, sprtizy, seems very attenuated. Not half bad.
