Sample at Haandfest 2019. Hazy pink body with a minimal white head. A bit light, but very nice aroma of pale malt, sour fruit and brett. Flavor is very refreshing, fruity acidic, some malt, floral, funky and smooth. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. Nice one.

Hazy dark orange pour, small off white head. Aroma is tart, sour wheat, lots of spice and floral herbs. The rose petals and hibiscus seem lost, but there is a distinct spiciness that is quite nice. It's sour, but not over powering, a solid pucker in the end. White pepper and red peppers corns with a tangy stone fruit finish.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Wow, a non-puckering Cascade Sour?! Fruity aroma with flowery notes, rose pedals, citrus, rose hips. Flavour is medium sour (mild for Cascade) and tart. Body is medium. Very nice flowery Sour, some fruits as well.

FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour and tart, pepper, wood, wine, hibiscus, dark grapes, maybe slight touch of roses?, nice aged and bit funky character. Medium bodied. Really good.

2016 edition, pouring a hazy golden-orange bright colour with a frothy, kind of creamy, warm, off-white cap, good stay and some thick creamy lacing. The wild ale sourness is in the nose, but blended with the petals and tea. Almost berries and red wine vinegar. The taste is sour, but not over the top, so again - well-balanced with rose hip, rose petals and hibiscus tea. And probably corn sugar, which is disappointing to see in here. Thankfully, not getting much, not too sweet. Overall, a real nice sour beer to try.
