Draft. A black beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, bread, and a bit of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, bread, and a bit of smoke, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Siste plankegang denne sommeruka i København maj-18, og nå på Ølsnedkeren (et must hver gang jeg er her - sølle 100 kroner for 6 ratinger!): Brunsort med godt skum sder varer. Røstet malt, kaffe, litt chokolade og overmodne brombær. Balancered, elegant og meget let drikkelig med halvtør og samtidig saftig afslutning.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is cocoa and roast. Slick body, dark chocolate, roast, nice sweetness, dry finish, very good.

Drauht. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter nice roasted flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, coffee, chocolate and has a nice dry bitter finish.
