Bottle obtained at Belgiuminabox.com . pours brown, nice white head. Smell is malty ( mild sweet, coffee in a far distance ) as well as a bit hopped. Taste is metallic- the good kind, as well as very earthy notes. Once again, Brabant made a common style, with a twist. The metallic/earthy taste is absolutely fantastic and unique. Mild bitterness as well, over a perfect body and carbonation. Nothing I can say about this beer is negative. One of the best - or the best ? - in the style I had. Got to keep an eye on Brabant, I Always expect a lot, and they Always turn out even better ! Lovely !

Very good yellow-beige head over well- and finely carbonated redbrown beer. Nutty, sweet dark malts, bit of portwine, ripe banana, roasted. Bitter-roasted; spicy too, bit as speculoos without sugar. Melanoidins, +/- human sweet, sweeter underbuild. Very carbonated indeed, spritzy. Quite slick too, nearly viscous, warming. Long-lasting flavours. Very Walloon - ideomatic.
