Flaske fra Beyondbeer, Hamborg. Bleg gul uden skum. Dufter meget af ingefær og lidt stærk. Stadig meget ingefær i smagen med meget sød.

Bottle shared at BBT 2/2023. Med-high sweetness, balanced by moderate ginger warmth. Light sourness. Thin body, med-low carbonation. Hint of honey, lots of ginger, apple character seems kind average - not very complex or intense, but together with the ginger makes for a very enjoyable drink to me, even if not very sophisticated.
