Sampled at Horeca Expo 2019. Pours clear yellow, smell is mostly ginger. Honey gives it a bit of a creamy back. Taste is full, nicely carbonated. Rather dry. Ginger is there, but not overpowering. Honey is hidden. Nice.

Alez zaskakujaco poteznie tu jest z imbierem, Zapewniam ze nigdy nie pilem piwa, cydru, soku czy nawet herbaty tak okraszonej imbirem. Jest taki swiezutki, jakby korzen dopiero co starty na tarce, pachnie intensywnie i mocno drapie w gardlo, sporo tez kwaskowych jablek. Miodu nie czuc wogole, imbir zdominowal wszystko, metne, wnecz brudne. Super odjechan cydr ze az zabliznia blizne na twarzy Tonny'ego:)

International Cider Festival 2019. Sample. Unclear pale golden with some white head. Medium dry and very soapy ginger. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

RB backlog, Bevog Festival 2018. Murky! Apple, funk, citrus aromas, a hint of citric ginger and honey sweetness. Only mild sweetness, with quite dominant, slightly funky sour notes. Medium, mealy body with natural, good carbonation.

Vom Fass im Stone Brewing Berlin 2018-07 getrunken. Diesen Cider ist ein toller Durstlöscher. Der Ingwer- und Honigeinfluß gleich sich sehr gut aus und bringt den Cider sowohl würzige als auch erfrischende Note. Ein feines Teil - Prost!
