330ml bottle, trade from Herrkleman, cheers Klemens! Hazy yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of ginger, spice. Taste is musty apple, ginger with citrusy earthy dank hop notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry hoppy spiced finish. Quite drinkable.

Sampled @ Cider World Frankfurt. A clear pale yellow colour. Aroma of ginger, herbs, some dry apples. Taste of ginger, sweet apples.

Søgne 020917. Golden-yellow color with a small head. Aroma is ginger, citrus, honey, apple. Flavor is ginger, hop, citrus, honey, apple. The combo is not my cup of tea.

Bottle. Slightly hazy pale yellow-ish color with white head. Aroma is ginger, quite ethereal, some apple funk as well. Taste is spicy ginger, mealy apple skin, earthy funk, only a bit of honey if you know it, but the hops are too overloaded by the ginger for me. Fizzy carbonation. Nice and refreshing nonetheless!

Shared 330 ml bottle at Tau Slipp. ABV is 3.0%. Hazy pale yellow colour. Aroma of apples, ginger and honey, nice. Sweet flavour of apples, ginger and honey. Can't detect the hops, they are probably masked by the ginger. .

Med Fridtjofen på slipp på Tau: flaske fra Gulating Stavanger, delt med skibsrederen og seremonimester Melberg: uklar lys strågul med kort skum. For meg som er så glad i ingefær og honning er dette supre saker. Meget forfriskende, lett og elegant i utførelsen. Mild og superfrisk ettersmak med citrus og ingefær i lekker kombo.

Bottle shared with JMD and SM on board Fridtjofen at Tau slipp og båtbyggeri 31.08.17. Pale cloudy greyish yellow. Not much head. Strong aroma of fresh ginger. Excellent taste of fresh ginger and cider. Very quaffable!

Dark yellow, murky body, with a small, fizzy, qickly dissipating head.
Aroma of ginger, citrus, sweet and sour apples, subtle honey.
Tastes of wild apples, citrus, ginger, more honey finally.
Light, slick mouthfel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes spicy, a bit hot, moderate dry, with ginger, apples, citrus, subtle honey.
Nice one. Quite unique, with a lot of ginger, especially in the nose and the finish. Smell is a bit too much dominated by the ginger maybe. The taste is well balanced though, with the right amount of apple cider, spicy ginger and sweet honey from the background. Not as good as their regular hoppy Cider in my opinion, but refreshing stuff nonetheless.
