(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 10 Jan 2019) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with peaches, bread and coriander. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of peaches, bread, coriander, hay, lemon and a mild spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

On tap at Man in the Moon. A bit hazy yellow with a small white head. Fairly mild with funk, yeast, bread and hints of fruit. An easy to drink one.

Opaque yellow with thick head. Astringent and funky aroma. Complex taste. Slightly sweet, funky, bubblegum, wheaty, yeasty, menthol, crisp.

On tap at Wakefest. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is lemon zest, yeast, floral. Medium body, citrus, yeast, dry finish, very good.

At the source: pours light gold. Aroma is sugar, fruit, yeasts, spice. Taste is light citrus and some pepper. Low bitterness. Fairly dry. Low sweetness. Straight to the point.

Florals and some light bublegum. Tastes the same as any other average saison like there was no such thing as climate change. Hazy golden pour with ok head. Clean finish with cloying aftertaste. Had this on tap at some Peruvian restaurant in Doral. Slight haze, thin head, light amber colour. Estery and phenolic...some biscuity malt. Touch of hop, light bitterness...bordering on being too sweet but there’s actually a nice flavour. This would be a good base for wine barrel brett saison.
