0.33 l bottle @ home from La Botica de la Cerveza. Pours pitch black with everlasting thick, beige head. Nose is mainly cocoa with some chocolate and coffee. Taste is dry cocoa too, with only slight hoppy touch in the finish. Light body, average carbonation. Not a bad beer, but lacks the IPA characteristics. I think it's ore like a stout

Pours nearly black, small grey head. Smell is creamy, black malts, bit bitter. Taste is intense, dark malts, grainy, somewhat bitter. Not very hoparomatic though.

Bottle at Pedale, Madrid, lot 27, bb 6-2014
Brown color with small head. Nice aroma of British yeast, a bit cheesy. Dry mouthfeel; the roasted malt flavor is not aggressive, there is some dark chocolate too, and strong hopping, providing bitterness and appreciated resins.
Very good.

Bottled 330ml @PBFVIII
Ruby color, small steady off-white head. Hoppy with some toasted notes. Medium-bodied. Thinnish malt profile but good nice piney hoppyness, fruity sweetness and toasted notes. Decent.

Bottled. A red-brown beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, roasted malt, and bread, leading to a dry finish.

330ml Bottle - Black with a tan head. Liquorice, roasted malt and a hint of coffee in the aroma. Roasted taste with roasted malt, coffee, liquorice, cocoa and some slightly soapy hops. Not as hoppy as I was expecting, so this is almost drifting into hoppy stout territory, rather than being a black IPA. Nevermind that, categorising can be crass. This is a good beer.
