Bottle. Pours a burnt reddish orange with a medium off white head. Aroma is raspberry and a touch of stone fruit, hint of dishwater and acetone. Flavor is light plus tart, light funk, jammy raspberry. Dishwater noted face, but i like vins comment about chalky water. Merlin light body. It's It's definitely drinkable but it's not quite up to the expected Sara standard.

On tap at SARA, pours a cloudy bright red with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with bright cherries upfront, followed by nectarines, and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is loaded with puckering tart cherries upfront, loads of cherry pits, lots of oak, and rustic notes. Puckering cherries really define this. Lovely.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is very jammy and raspberry forward with hints of grain. Medium light stone fruit notes. Light lemon and citrus notes. Faint oak and alcohol notes. Pours a darkish, purplish red color with a medium sized, medium thick, slightly pink head that recedes quickly to a small film that lingers on the edges for a bit before disappearing. Flavor is slightly sweet with a moderately strong acidity and a bit of a sharpness. Light grain notes, low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate raspberry and nectarine notes. Hints of lemon and oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid fruited saison, but it's getting too tart for my preferences. The berry and nectarine notes work well, especially considering how much raspberry jamminess is in the aroma.

Feels like the raspberry needs some more funk but the nectarine is solid, the nose is fantastic, like a watermelon jolly rancher with mild funk, bubbly in the right way.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a pale ruby with small off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is raspberry, cherry, oak, funk. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, light acidity, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
