Bottled@PBF2012. Yellow colour with some slight haze. Aroma is herbal, caramelly, some slight yeastyness as well as some mild spices. Flavour is spices, fruits, some floral and grassy notes as well as mild yeastyness.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ Fastelavn Smagning - Carnival Tasting - Ulfborg ].Light unclear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted, moderate to light heavy yeasty, wood. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, fruity, yeasty, moldy - musty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120218]

Bottle, 10%. Mild malty aroma. Cloudy yellow colour, almost muddy. Small stable white head. Good malty flavour, semi-sweet with a little soft fruit. Perhaps a bit sugary, but balanced well by the alcohol. Does not taste like 10%, though.
