Triple ennuyeuse.

Bottle. Blonde. Soft floral citric aroma. Floral citris, slightly alcoholic flavor. Somewhat perfumed. Sweet with some tropical fruit. Not unpleasant

Heavy tripel from this young ’Meetjeslandic’ brewery, with a thick, creamy head and cloudy yellowish blonde colour. Bit sweaty, grainy aroma, bready yeast, straw, cooked potato, unripe fruits, gin-like alcohol. Subdued fruitiness in the taste, apricots, soft mouthfeel, mellow maltiness, finish flowery hoppy, not really bitter but just a tad astringent with ’jenever’-like alcohol. A little bit too strong for what it pretends to be, I’m afraid.

Bottled at PBF. Cloudy pale golden, small head. Lactic nose with grass and fruit. Surprisingly slender and dry. The alcohol seem hidden in a vinous way. Some honey, mostly grassy and fruity with slight notes marzipan. Mildly warming finish.
