Jonesy - American Wild Ale with Buddhas Hand
House wild yeasts add a mild acidity and pineapple rind funk to the bright fragrance of Buddhas Hand - a fingered citron indigenous to South East Asia reminiscent of peach tea, elderflower and tangerines.

Oh, yes, a tropical citrus nose from the tap pour. Deceptive plain golden beer color, no foam. So many new to me flavors that I couldn't identify anything specific. A general, puckery fruit tartness. Some lime appears at the back of the palate, so that's nice.

Bottle at GTOM. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with thick frothy white head. The aroma is oak, funk, yeast. Slick body, lemon zest, oak, brett, light tartness, dry, very good.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2018. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a gold hue and white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of flora and tea notes with a bit of tartness and light spice underlying. Flavor is funky with floral and tea notes with a hint of citrus and a bit of light grain backing.
