Pours clear blonde, OK white head fades very fast. Smell is grainy, rather sweet. Taste is Surprisingly bitter and dry, crispy, rather than the sweetness the s;ell provided. Easy drinkable, not too high carbo. Only mildly malty. Ok body. Ok

12/I/14 - 25cl bottle as "Setberg Pils" from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte) @ home - BB: 29/V/14 (2014-41)

Clear pale yellow beer, big irregular rocky white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: grassy and hay, little malty, minerals, some cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty bitter start, grassy, some citrus, bit metallic. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, lots of hops, bit grassy, citrus, slightly fruity note. No really, this is a decent pilsener!

Clear golden with a tiny white head. Malty aroma with salty off notes. Malty flavour with hints of hops that gave it a dry and somewhat bitter finish.

Bottled 25cl as "Setberg Pils" (Bs, BB 11/2009). Pale yellow color, small white head. Slightly buttery nose with hints of grain, iron and lime. Crisp carbonation. Very light palate. Flavor is mainly maize and citrus. Refreshing, but too close to "light beers".

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color with bubbly white head. Sweet hoppy grassy aroma. Corny dirt like pils, prefer when Belgiums don’t make beer like this. UGH!

Pale yellow-gold; slightly irregular small head. Very dry grainy nose. Dry, again very grainy taste, tastes nearly completely attenuated. Unfortunately, then a little wet hay flavour comes up, getting bitter, and as rotting wood. Light MF, but caustic. Terrible aftertaste, like wet, rotting cardboard. DIRTY wet rotting cardboard. Starts off pretty good. But then...
