A: clear golden, small, off-white head.
A: lots of yeast, ripe apple, banana, cake, marmalade.
T: sweet banana, pear, honey, white sugar; spicy phenols.
F: floral hops, yeast, ripe yellow fruits, boozy vodka-like alcohol.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Drinkable but lacks balance.

Clear orange beer, big creamy head, very stable, adhesive leaving rings of foam every time you drink. Aroma: sweet malts, sugar, fruity, touch of typical Van Steenberge yeast. MF: good carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet sugary start, citrus fruits, a little floral, orange peel, quite some bitterness coming through, still sweet sugar underneath, little herbal with that VSB yeast that gives it a typical character. Aftertaste: pretty bitter and spicy ending, orange marmelade. Despite tasting pretty familiar, not a bad beer. Definitely more hoppy than the Augustrijn Grand Cru.
