Hopshackle in Market Deeping, Lincolnshire, England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

  IPA Regular
Score
6.85
ABV: 7.0% IBU: 110 Ticks: 19
Based on the recipe for the very popular Momentum IPA but with twice the amount of hops added at all stages - hence the name! It is a golden beer with an aroma of vinous fruit with a hoppy edge. It has a coarse white head and an intense taste of malt, fruit and alcohol with a bitter finish. This beer is conditioned for at least one month before release to allow the complex flavours to develop.

Carmelly. Medium full body nice hoppiness, but didn't like the yeastiness. Kinda weird.

Cask @ NWAF ’14, Derby. Dark gold. Grassy, sweet shop (barley sugar) aroma. Heavenly sweet taste punctuated by alcohol. Nice sticky palette. This is a tasty beer that’ll knock you out and is well worth the state it’ll put you in.

Clear gold beer, tidy white head. Honey malt nose. Softish dry palate. Minerally soft malt, sweetish orange, trace of honey. Turns pretty creamy with a whisper of peach. Finishes soft and dry but with a trailing carbonated sting. Nice beer, needs to warm up from the fridge to get the best of it.
