Keg at Brew By Numbers - Bermondsey. Pours mostly clear gold with a foamy, pure white head. The nose holds tangy citrus, saison yeast, lemon, wheat. Light sweet flavour with further citric tang, mellow funk, lemony tartness. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Clean finish, tart and quenching, some peach, more lemon, hints of straw. Great stuff.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso sentori di cuoio, calzino, mela annurca, note citriche. In bocca è mediamente acida, rotonda, appagante. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Rustica ma pulita e morbida in bocca, davvero ben fatta.

Tap at Solothurner Biertage. Pours clear golden. Aroma is grassy and citric, spices. Body is light and a bit thin, softly sour, smoke, long lasting bitterness. Odd. But works in a way?
