12oz pour at the brewery. Poured a cloudy golden yellow color with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is some light hay notes, grain. Flavor had some pine needle character, light funky notes provide a wonderfully funky finish.

A few 12oz pours at the brewery. All come out a hazy, neon yellow, with some frothy, lacing white head. Nose is excellent, punchy hop, dank, lemon, soap, juicy too, some mild guava, yeasty as well, some mild gristy notes. Flavor follows, juicy, soapy, dank, mild honey, mild cracker, some yeast. Everything meshes very well. Crisp finish. Super drinkable. Excellent.

Great easy drinking saison. The spelt and oats make for an interesting malt profile. Pours hazy golden with OK head and lacing. Some citrus from bretta but light. This is very easy on the palate. Tap at brewpub.
